With a Covid-free future on the horizon, people are starting to return to their familiar ways, such as dining out at restaurants. While we all have our favorite restaurants, now is a great time to try out the new ones that just opened this year. After all, those businesses were started during the time of Covid and they need all the support they can get. With that in mind, what are some restaurants that have recently opened up?

JINYA Ramen Bar: This great restaurant opened in March of this year. Located in Tustin, the JINYA Ramen Bar offers delivery, takeout, and indoor dining. The atmosphere was particularly pleasant and the staff greeted every guest. Notable dishes included the JINYA Bun, the Sprouting Up Ramen, and the Tonkotsu Black Ramen (the Panna Cotta was absolutely amazing as well!).

O Dumpling Bar: In Orange, the O Dumpling Bar opened earlier this year, offering delivery, takeout, and both kinds of dining. The restaurant itself was very nicely decorated and the staff was friendly and efficient. Some notable dishes were the Xiao Long Bao Dumplings, the Wonton Soup, and the Ginger Noodles.
3 Roots Mexican Cocina: Opened only two months ago in Irvine, this restaurant offers delivery, takeout, curbside pick-up, and both kinds of dining. The staff was polite and the restaurant was very tidy overall. Notable dishes included the Suizas Enchiladas, the Tampiquena, and the Fajitas.

BBQ Chicken Northpark: The BBQ Chicken Northpark opened about one month ago in Irvine, offering delivery, takeout, and both kinds of dining. The atmosphere was great here and even though the staff was very busy, they were still very attentive and worked quickly. Notable dishes were the Galbi Wings, the Secret Spicy Wings, and the Ddeok-Bokki.
